Pork Products


The guinea hogs of Timberhaven Farm are born and raised outdoors in the pasture and woodlot.  They are allowed to express their pigness in their natural environment without concentration or confinement. In addition to a generous amount of hay we feed our hogs a daily ration comprised of organic peas, organic small grains, organic corn, organic sunflower meal, organic roasted soybeans, organic flaxmeal as well as proper swine minerals.  The guinea hog is a lard type pig and as you can see from the pork chop photo above, very tender, flavorful, and juicy.  Below you will find our pork offerings.
